We met Isla & Lily on another unseasonably warm December day in Washington Park in Albany. We had met Isla two years ago and were so happy to meet her new sister Miss Lily! These two ladies have lots of energy and big smiles. They were so much fun to spend the morning with and we hope to see them again soon!

We had so much fun with Alyssa & Nicholas last year so were really excited when their little cousin Evan wanted to join in this year! And we had a perfect day in Washington Park. Hopefully they had as good a time as we did!
Laura and Joe will be married in just two weeks!! We can’t wait for their wedding…its super unique and Laura has some amazing details planned. Don’t want to spoil any of the surprises so you’ll have to wait until after the wedding and check the blog. Laura was actually my boss several years ago when Casey Connell Photography was just a baby and I worked part-time for GlobalSpec which is an engineering search engine and absolutely awesome company to work for. She had a fantastic management style but more importantly the best shoes and handbags in the company : ) Of course we got along quite well!

Its not everyday that you get to go to one of your favorite spots with a great couple and about 4 feet of snow on the ground. So we were super excited to meet Molly and Joe on a positively balmy 31 degree day last weekend. Joe is hysterical so we did a lot of laughing as we wandered around Troy and then stopped into Flavours- the local coffee shop for some hot chocolate. And Molly is a definite contender for non-weather wimp of the year because not only did she brave wind and cold but also snow and all with a smile on her face and not a single complaint. Thats the kind of girl I LOVE. We can’t wait for their July wedding at The Franklin Plaza.

Molly & Joe met while they were away at college together so this random book which was sitting on the shelf right behind them seemed rather appropriate!

Danielle & Ralph were an absolute dream to photograph. They were so much fun…they NEVER complained even though it was frigid out and they are so clearly in love. It doesn’t get much better than that right? They brought along their pup for a few shots and then we just wandered around Washington Park and the city a bit. Engagement sessions are such a great way to get to know each other a little better and getting to know these two made us so excited for their 2011 wedding. Can. Not Wait.
