Jesse & Mike were married on a sun filled day at Saratoga National Golf Club.  The ceremony was out in the tent and their much loved dog Tonka served as the ring bearer complete with cuff links and bow-tie.  Their blue details were everywhere…and you all know how I LOVE details.  Jesse even rode in a friend’s vintage blue suburban.  We worked with so many amazing professionals including the awesome Kyle from Make Me Fabulous, Philip Coltart from Coltart Studios, our lovely assistant Courtney who manned the Casey Connell Fun Booth and one of the best Djs around, Fernando from Conway Entertainment.  From start to finish this couple was such a joy to photograph and just so fun to be around.

sweet ride right?

I’m obsessed with Tonka.

a private moment before the ceremony between a man and his dog : )

This little guy is super cute too and we love all these signs we have been seeing!

I love that they incorporated an image from their Vermont e-session into their ceremony.

LOVE.

Honey jar favors with little tags that say meant to bee…I’m in love.

LOVE everything about this image.

Thank you Jesse & Mike (and tonka too)!

Sweet. Pink. Perfection.  Melissa & Josh took the sweet simplicity of their love for each other and created an absolutely gorgeous wedding to celebrate it.  You may remember this couple from their engagement session sneak peek which we shot at their frozen yogurt shop 16 Handles (can’t even begin to explain the fabulousness that is 16 Handles…let’s just say I filled up my frequent customer card in one week).  Their store is awash in pink sweetness and their wedding was just as pleasing.  First, Melissa’s dress made my inner princess jump up and down and squeal with delight.  Second, the line-up of vendors was AWESOME.  Surroundings Floral Studio created a floral paradise at Saratoga National and the amazing Al Woodard was on hand to make his movie magic. Soul Session provided the music and kept the dance floor packed from the first dance to the last.  And third, I just Love Love Love every last detail.

Amazingness.

Melissa bling-ed these heels out herself.  How cool is that?

Yes- they smelled as good as they looked.

LOVE.  Melissa’s smile was infectious.

Final touch-up

Yup she looks AMAZING.

Time to go get married!

One fun group.

LOVE.

The first image I shot at Saratoga National of these two is one of my faves.

So sweet.

I love the way this dress moves…it sort of floats above the ground.

Suroundings outdid themselves.  There were gorgeous flowers everywhere.

Each table was named after one of the frozen yogurt flavors they feature at their shop.

And every guest got an ice cream scoop : )

the Mr. & Mrs.

Thank you Melissa & Josh!  We hope Hawaii was amazing and we will see you soon at 16 Handles : )

This wedding was breath-takingly beautiful and we can’t wait to share the images.  In the meantime, here is a little peak of Melissa and Josh from their wedding this past Saturday at Saratoga National.  We were lucky enough to work with an amazing line-up of professionals as well, including Al Woodard Films, Surroundings Florist and Soul Session.  It was perfection.

What an awesome day we had with Sarah & Bob.  Working with so many amazing professionals and such an incredible couple on a chilly sunny day we just couldn’t go wrong.  I love the blue dressees Sarah chose for her bridesmaids and her dress from Kleinfeld’s was simple elegance personified.  The hair and make-up courtesy of Make Me Fabulous and the bright fall flowers from The Flower Girl were so fun to photograph.  Top it all off at Saratoga National with Soul Session!  Sarah and Bob were just as sweet as can be and totally trusted us to capture their big day.

Love the bride hanger and this dress is so timeless and just gorgeous…and so tiny.

all hands on deck.

Lots of buttons but Sarah was so happy and not stressed out through the whole process.

some finishing touches by Mom

And that is a beautiful bride!

time for a first look : )

Bob might be just a tiny bit nervous.

And Sarah is so excited.  Love this moment.

Sisters.

That early winter light is just plain awesome.

love that sky.

One of my favorites from the day.

You might remember this from the sneak peek… the light, the sky and pure happiness.

I am obsessed with these two little men and this sign.  Its such a cute alternative to the ring pillows.

and its reversible!!

The Flower Girl did such a beautiful job with these jewel tones.

How bittersweet is the look on Sarah’s Dad’s face?

the end and yet just the beginning…

We were looking forward to Kim & Tim’s wedding for months.  After Kim’s sister Lori was married in May we knew how much fun their family was and what a pleasure they would be to work with.  After their engagement session, with their super cute dogs there was no doubt this would be a beautiful wedding for two beautiful people.  Kim also used Fleurtacious Designs who, as always, did an impeccable job with gorgeous deep pinks and purples.  One of our favorite Djs, Fernando from Conway Entertainment, was on hand to keep the dance floor full.  And of course, Saratoga National was perfection from the grounds to the staff to the ballroom, which looked unbelievable.  And Kim had some killer shoes!

I had to include Kim’s personalized hanger because when she traveled to the hotel she realized she had forgotten it at home and Tim being the best husband-to-be ever drove an hour home and an hour back so Kim could have her hanger.  How sweet is that?

This is always one of my favorite parts.  The anticipation gets me every time and Kim’s dress was so dramatic.

And they did a first look which we LOVE.  Here Kim is getting some last minute help from the amazing staff at Saratoga National.

Love this one.  Without this image, would Kim have remembered how she felt at that exact moment?  The tears that were shed as she walked up to her soon to be husband?

Gorgeous couple.

Kim and Tim are so striking together and so natural.

And then it was time to go get married.

And then back outside for a few in that beautiful golden light.

Couldn’t resist a few more of Kim and her bouquet.

This room looked as beautiful as I have ever seen it.

and they loved happily ever after of course!
