This belly session of Marie & Stephen was definitely one of our most talked about. The lights, the sweater, the cool location and a beautiful happy couple made for some beautiful images. So were eagerly anticipating the arrival of baby Giovanni. The little man was in no hurry and finally arrived on the perfect date…February 14, 2012; a little Valentine for the parents who were so excited to meet him. Tina of Flawless by Tina was on hand to make-up the new Mommy. Both Marie & Steve are so relaxed and so clearly in love with their sweet boy. He is just a gorgeous baby.

giovanni’s nursery is a little tribute to his Dad who is an Albany firefighter.
love those eyes. this little man did not want to miss out on any of the fun so he was not going to sleep for long.
he would rather stare at his Mommy and laugh when she got close. how sweet is that?
stephen had his helmet at home so we had to use it. the Albany Fire Department has some seriously awesome helmets.
we finally wore him out. modeling is exhausting.

Erin & Joe are getting married in just a few weeks at Crooked Lake House. They were so excited and fun to photograph and Erin is definitely a weather warrior. It was freezing and she didn’t have a single complaint. Quite the contrary she rocked a sleeveless dress on what very well may be the windiest spot in the capital district! So excited for the big day!!

Jennifer & Brian were married at the beautiful 11 N. Pearl in Albany by candlelight. This venue is just breathtaking and filled with candles and two people in love…it just doesn’t get any better! We had the pleasure of working with the amazing Philip Coltart of Coltart Studios on videography and Brian from Piano Man who had a dancing crowd on his hands. Jennifer’s dress was so gorgeous and the location of the first look is one of my favorites hands down.

windy days… a photographer’s dream and a bride’s nightmare. Jennifer was so relaxed and happy. When a huge gust came along she just went with it.
and speaking of breathtaking locations…
This was such a great idea which I had never seen before and that is saying a lot…the guests all signed wine bottles that would be opened on Jennifer’s & Brian’s 1, 5, 10 and 20 year anniversaries. And I LOVE that they went with the big bottles…a couple after my heart.
Oh what a night!
