We photographed Kristen & Chad’s wedding at The Inn at Erlowest three years ago…you may recognize them from our website : )  Their wedding was one of our favorites so we were so excited to hear they were expecting a baby in just a few months.  We can’t wait to meet the newest addition to their family!

Kristen has one of the most perfect bellies I have ever seen.

We just love to keep it in the family so we were so excited when Danielle (of Danielle & Mike’s NYC e-session) passed our name along to her brother Mike and sister-in-law Shannon who are expecting their first baby!  Its a huge compliment to us and Shannon and Mike are just plain awesome.  So sweet and so excited and so ready to meet their baby in just a few weeks.  We can’t wait to meet him either so stay tuned for teeny tiny newborn images.

A beautiful couple and SNOW!

Shannon has the most perfectly round belly.  Its nearly impossible to believe how far along she is and she still works out too.  How jealous am I?

Ava is going to be a big sister in just a few months and she is clearly very excited about it! Josh is my cousin so I am a little biased but they have such a gorgeous little lady and a beautiful family and I couldn’t be happier for them!  Can’t wait to meet baby.

I love this image not only because of Ava’s excitement which is pretty darn cute but the way Josh looks at April.  That is some sweet love.

You need to rock the bump.  And every bump needs pearls.

I LOVE this one and I want April’s hair.  Just sayin’.

Ava whispering to her new baby brother or sister…easily my favorite!

It is not a slight thing when those so fresh from God, love us. Charles Dickens

I love babies as much as the next gal but I am definitely not one of those baby obsessive people who starts weeping and plotting my next child as soon as I catch sight of a newborn.  That is I wasn’t until I met Elyse & Tessa.  These little twinnies stole my heart.  I couldn’t put them down.  I sized them up and determined that would most definitely fit in my camera bag!  Tessa’s sweet little smiles and Elise’s graceful limbs.  They really are the most precious little ladies.

So this was Amy & Onofrio the last time we saw them.

Amy looked AMAZING.

And here they are now… a family of FOUR!

In LOVE.  Really how could you not be?  Tessa is the little sleeper in the back and Elyse is being a very nice pillow for her.

Thank you Amy & Onofrio for allowing us to be a part of such a special moment in your lives.  We can’t wait to see your girls again!

Making the decision to have a child is momentous.  It is to decide forever to have your heart go walking around outside your body. Elizabeth Stone

First, we have to say Happy Birthday to Marie who is celebrating her last birthday before officially becoming a Mom in a little over a month. It’s hard to tell because she has the most beautiful belly but very soon Marie and her husband Steve will be welcoming their first child.  We were so excited to meet them and they decided to take advantage of one of the unique spaces we like to shoot in.  It’s one of those spaces that really comes in handy in the winter months and provides a dramatic backdrop filled with texture.  Marie is absolutely gorgeous and so incredibly sweet.  You can clearly tell that she and Steve are already in love with their baby. Marie also used the very talented make-up artist Erin Marzilli to get her camera ready.  Its always a great idea to go to a trusted professional prior to a shoot…and book them for your newborn session too because one thing you do not want to have to think about right after you have had a baby is getting yourself ready! Thank you so much Marie & Steve for choosing us to capture such an important time in your lives.  We can’t wait to meet the newest member of your family!

LOVE.

This space is all drama.  I love it.  And could Marie look more beautiful?
